1. Introduction

Welcome to Cuci33 (hereinafter referred to as "Cuci33", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). Cuci33 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated in accordance with international gaming compliance standards and designed to serve users located across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and Cuci33 governing all access to and use of the Platform, including but not limited to casino gaming, sports betting, promotional programmes, payment services, and customer support interactions.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any activity on the Cuci33 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Member on the Cuci33 Platform.
• "Balance" — the total of real money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, cashback, or other incentives credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where specified) must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Also referred to as "rollover" in some contexts.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer. The process by which Cuci33 verifies the identity of Members using government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and other documentation as required.
• "Platform" — the Cuci33 website accessible at cuci33.cam, including all pages, sub-sections, games, betting markets, and services offered therein.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — any action explicitly forbidden under Section 9 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, use of automated software, and abuse of promotional offers.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which accounts are denominated on the Cuci33 Platform for Malaysian users.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Cuci33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Cuci33 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino and betting activities. This is consistent with the standards applied by internationally licensed gambling operators. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual person and not on behalf of a corporate entity or as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
3. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other access restriction placed on your Account by Cuci33 or by any other gaming platform under a shared exclusion programme.
4. You are legally permitted, under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, to participate in online gambling. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your country, state, or territory of residence.
5. You are not a current or recent employee, contractor, or close associate of Cuci33 or any of its affiliated game studio or payment partners, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
6. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, had an account terminated for cause, or been found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on the Cuci33 Platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number (MyKad/NRIC or Passport), email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Cuci33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify Cuci33 support immediately.

4.4 Account Currency

Accounts registered by Malaysian users are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency settings are fixed at the time of registration and cannot subsequently be changed.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations, Cuci33 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, prior to the application of promotional offers.

5.1 Required Documents

Cuci33 may request any combination of the following documents:

• A valid Malaysian national identification card (MyKad / NRIC), driver's licence, or internationally recognised passport — front and back where applicable.
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months, clearly showing your full name and Malaysian address.
• A selfie photograph clearly showing the Member holding the identity document submitted.
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or scan of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits, confirming that the payment method is registered in the Member's own name.

5.2 Verification Timeline

Cuci33 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation in satisfactory form. Cuci33 reserves the right to extend this period where additional verification is required.

5.3 Consequences of Non-Verification

Members who fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request from Cuci33 will be unable to process withdrawal requests. Cuci33 may, at its discretion, suspend the account pending completion of verification.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Cuci33 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) are also accepted. Cuci33 reserves the right to amend the list of supported payment methods without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The standard minimum deposit amount is RM 50 per transaction unless a specific promotion specifies a different threshold. Minimum deposit requirements may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Cuci33 targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes for verified accounts:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): under 5 minutes in most cases.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB): 5 to 15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Transfer: 15 to 60 minutes.

Processing times are estimates and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, where additional security checks are triggered, or where KYC documentation is pending. Cuci33 does not guarantee that all withdrawals will be completed within the stated timeframes.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• Where a deposit was made using a specific payment method, the corresponding withdrawal must, where technically possible, be processed back to the same method.
• Active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of outstanding bonus funds.
• Cuci33 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal deemed unusual or high-value.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Cuci33 are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the promotion is presented. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, IP address, and device. Multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses constitutes Prohibited Conduct.
• Cuci33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per qualifying event (e.g., once per deposit, once per birthday period) unless explicitly stated as recurring.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (rollover) stated in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 35x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires the Member to place RM3,500 in qualifying wagers before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.

7.3 Welcome Bonus

Cuci33's welcome bonus is available to new Members only, on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus offer presented at the time of registration is the applicable offer and may differ from promotional materials circulated at other times. Members must opt in to the welcome bonus at the time of deposit — retrospective bonus applications are not accepted.

7.4 Birthday Bonus

Cuci33 offers a birthday bonus to verified Members based on their current VIP tier. Eligibility requires that the Member's date of birth has been verified through the KYC process. The birthday bonus is credited within 72 hours of the Member's birthday and is subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion.

7.5 Referral Programme

The Refer A Friend programme entitles referring Members to a bonus of MYR 38 per successful referral, subject to the referred Member completing registration, KYC verification, and a qualifying deposit and wager. Self-referrals, referrals between members of the same household, and referrals created through misleading or unsolicited communications are not eligible.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the Cuci33 Platform are final once confirmed. Cuci33 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the Member. Members are strongly advised to review all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Cuci33 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts at its discretion.

8.3 Void Bets

Cuci33 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: palpable error in odds or game pricing; technical malfunction that affected bet integrity; evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation; where the event was cancelled and no settlement outcome is possible.

8.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is subject to temporary suspension during key match events such as goals, red cards, and penalties. Bets placed and confirmed prior to a suspension event will be honoured unless void conditions apply. Cuci33 accepts no liability for telecommunications or internet connectivity delays that may affect the placement of live bets.

9. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The integrity of the Cuci33 Platform depends on all Members acting in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Multi-accounting: creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one Cuci33 account.
• Bonus abuse: exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, including low-risk matched betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements.
• Use of automated software: employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to interact with the Platform, make decisions, or place bets.
• Collusion: coordinating with other Members to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker or other competitive table games.
• Exploitation of errors: knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to generate profit. Winnings derived from such activities will be voided.
• Money laundering: using the Platform to process, obscure, or transfer funds derived from criminal activity.
• Chargebacks: initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with a bank or payment provider after using deposited funds. Such actions constitute fraud and will result in immediate permanent account suspension and may be referred to law enforcement.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Cuci33 Platform — including but not limited to the Cuci33 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data — is the intellectual property of Cuci33 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from Cuci33.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cuci33 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from third-party service interruptions including payment processor outages, internet service provider failures, or device-level technical faults.
• Betting losses sustained in the course of normal gameplay where no platform error or system fault occurred.
• Actions taken by Cuci33 in accordance with its legal obligations, including account suspension or fund freezing pursuant to AML requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Cuci33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by Cuci33's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12. Responsible Gambling

Cuci33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all users. The following tools and policies form part of this commitment:

• Age Verification: Cuci33 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all accounts and will take immediate action to close accounts found to belong to underage individuals.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account Settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling period.
• Session Timers: Members may configure session time reminders and hard-stop timers to manage their daily playing duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may apply a temporary restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days to their account.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting Cuci33 support. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the minimum period has elapsed, and all marketing communications will cease.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by Cuci33

Cuci33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC; account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at the direction of a regulatory authority.

13.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Cuci33 may charge a monthly dormancy fee on dormant accounts, the amount of which will be communicated to affected Members prior to application. Members will be notified via their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.

13.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting Cuci33 customer support via live chat or email. All pending withdrawals will be processed to the Member's verified payment method. Any outstanding bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

14. Amendments to Terms

Cuci33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Cuci33 will provide reasonable notice to registered Members via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.3.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to international online gaming operators. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Cuci33 Platform, the following dispute resolution process applies:

1. Internal Resolution: Members must first raise any complaint with Cuci33's customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within five (5) business days.
2. Escalation: If the matter is not resolved to the Member's satisfaction, it may be escalated to Cuci33's compliance department for formal review. A written response will be issued within fourteen (14) business days.
3. External Dispute Resolution: Where a complaint remains unresolved after the internal process has been exhausted, the Member may refer the matter to the relevant gaming authority or external dispute resolution body applicable under the Platform's operating licence.
